I’ve always been a creative person with a passion for the arts and literature, but it wasn’t until I moved out of my parent’s house that I discovered my passion for cooking- and cooking healthy, easy meals. The past few years, I have impressed family and friends with my meals, which prompted me to start a blog. The goal of this blog is not only to teach people how to cook, but how to be a conscious cook- using organic ingredients, growing herbs and vegetables at home, planning meals and grocery shopping every week, what good and bad foods do to your body. You can eat healthy and still enjoy flavorful, delicious meals. Food is medicine!
